 Ms. Ingle joined the EAH Housing team in 2001 as the South Bay Regional Supervisor. In 2007 she was promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President of the Real Estate Management Department (REM) and then to Vice President of REM. In this capacity she oversees EAH’s portfolio of managed properties, in California and Hawaii, through direct oversight of all Property Supervisors, Regional Managers and Senior Resource Coordinator staff. In addition to oversight of the property management department, Ms. Ingle works in conjunction with the Real Estate Development Department, reviewing potential acquisitions and development sites and preparing development budgets. Ms. Ingle is also a key member of EAH’s internal asset management team which focuses on individualized property cash flow assessments, utilities analysis, monitoring of capital account balances and oversight of 15-year buyouts. Best known for her ability to create cohesive and highly productive teams, Ms. Ingle has a history of training in-house personnel and for promoting from within the organization. Ms. Ingle has achieved the following real estate industry designations: Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Senior Housing Specialist, Site Based Budgeting Specialist, and Tax Credit Specialist from the National Center of Housing Management.
