EAH Housing has been awarded a grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of $260,000 to enhance the social services program at Rohlffs Memorial Manor in Napa. 
Judy Binsacca, who has served on the Board of Directors of EAH since 2003, has been elected Board Chair for an upcoming two-year term. 
One of the last major pieces of the fundraising puzzle for the San Clemente Drive affordable-housing project fell into place when the MCF awarded a grant of $2.5 million to San Rafael-based EAH to build the 79-unit deve1opment in Corte Madera. 
EAH, Inc., the 35-year old nonprofit organization that develops, manages and advocates for quality affordable housing, has received a $10,000 grant from the Wells Fargo Foundation to help further affordable housing production efforts.

EAH has announced that one of the most recent developments, Vista Del Campo, a 488-unit student housing community located at the University of California at Irvine, has won several key industry awards. 
The upscale Marin County community of Corte Madera got a national award Wednesday for creating something nobody has associated with the suburb in a long time -- affordable housing. 
EAH has opened Pollard Plaza, located at 1150 McLaughlin Avenue in San Jose. The 130-unit affordable housing apartment building will allow qualified low-income families and teachers to move into the area.
